In order to hold your dates, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. As hunting season is limited to certain months of the year, we must maintain a first-come, first-served policy in fairness to all of our guests. For that reason, we encourage booking as early as possible to ensure that your group reserves the dates you had in mind.
That said, we understand that plans can change, especially when coordinating a large group. Therefore, we will work diligently with you to rebook your hunt should a scheduling conflict occur. The sooner you notify us of your availability changes, the more effective rebooking will be – and the more likely you will be able to complete your hunt in the planned year.
Cancellations that occur less than one week prior to the first day of your booking will incur a 20% service fee. In other words, make sure to cancel early – there are many other groups who would love to scoop up your dates if you’re not able to join us. Although we cannot refund your deposit, you will have a period of three years during which you can rebook your hunt.
